Before I start my daily farm drills, I promise to myself that I have to drink 8 glasses of water or more everyday even if I don’t feel thirsty. Actually, a lack of thirst is already a signal of dehydration, while a dry mouth is a sign of intense dehydration.
How important is water to our body? Water is second to oxygen that is vital to life. For 2 months or more we can live without food, but without water we can stay alive only for a few days.
Exposure to sunlight is part of my day-to-day farm drills leaving my skin dry. Even the everyday air conditioning can leave our skin feeling dry, sometimes causing uncomfortable and irritating unpleasantness. I guess our harassed surroundings deprive our skin’s moisture greater than the speed of perspiration.
I believed eating fruits and veggies aside from drinking at least 6 glasses of water daily is a big start to make our skin firm and pleasingly round. Yes, this is my solid recommendation to you especially to those who are ageing.
Our skin needs moisturizing, to prevent wrinkly skin. Try calamansi and papaya; they’re available at geannhomegarden. Calamansi bleaches by exfoliating the upper layer of the skin. Papaya has papain, an enzyme known for its restorative effects on the skin. Furthermore, both fruits are used to whiten the skin.
Moisturizing is best before bedtime, coupled with shiatsu massage. This is my second best recommendation.
I wish this blog will refresh us about the importance of water, fruits and veggies. Take care of yourself everyone, and let’s all grow old gracefully. (https://free.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=142801313238077&id=100025246279407&_rdc=1&_rdr)
